What I offer

TCM and Acupuncture

My journey with Traditional Chinese Medicine began at 13 when I was struggling with severe asthma that affected every part of my life, especially sports. My mother took me to a TCM doctor, and I still remember every detail of that visit—the precise placement of 12 acupuncture needles on the top of my head and the deep wave of relaxation that followed. The next day, my asthma was gone and never returned. That experience sparked a lifelong connection to TCM, leading me to receive regular treatments and, eventually, to study and practice this ancient healing system myself.

TCM is a holistic approach that restores balance and vitality by working with the body’s natural energy systems. My practice integrates acupuncture, herbal medicine, meridian therapy, traditional mindfulness and movement, and the wisdom of Taoist philosophy. These methods work together to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being—addressing pain, stress, and imbalances at their root.

I earned my Master’s degree in TCM in Honolulu, Hawaii, under the renowned Taoist master Dr. Chang Yi Hsiang, whose teachings continue to shape my work. To deepen my understanding, I trained under Dr. Yu at Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, one of China’s leading institutions for traditional medicine. This foundation allows me to bring time-honored practices into modern wellness, helping clients achieve lasting health and harmony.
