What is
Structural Energetic Bodywork?

Structural Energetic Bodywork is a unique blend of hands-on therapy methods refined over the past 20 years. Tailored to each individual, it integrates structural realignment, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, and breath-focused techniques to restore balance, ease, and better function. Unlike massage, no oil is used—this is an active process involving breathwork, movement, fascia manipulation, acupressure, and trigger point therapy to create lasting change.
This approach effectively releases tension, restrictions, and chronic pain caused by injury, stress, trauma, and poor posture. An 80-minute session can help calm the nervous system, improve energy flow, and enhance posture, leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease in your body.
By incorporating progressive relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional release techniques, Structural Energetic Bodywork supports relief from pain, stress, anxiety, mobility limitations, and ingrained movement patterns. The result? A more comfortable, aligned, and resilient body that moves and feels better every day.
Sessions typically begin with a brief talk and structural assessment. The therapy is done in underwear, exercise shorts and sport bra or two-piece swimming suit. Conscious breathing is central to the process and clients are guided through challenging areas. Individuals may experience unique results even after just one session. Clients regularly report feeling better, moving better, breathing better and emotional and physical shifts are common. Every session is unique and customized to the needs of the individual.
